Rhymesonny’s G.O.A.T Album Is Finally Here.

He celebrated ten years of active poetry performance in Ghana not long ago with an experience and resume season two of his weekly poetry event “The Rhyme Show”. Rhymesonny has graced great high profile events in Ghana and the UK this year and couldn’t end the year better than giving the world a part of his heart.

Rhymesonny is on the verge of releasing his much anticipated studio album “G.O.A.T” (Greatest Of All Times), a collection of his great poetry compositions that are centered on religion, politics, love and social issues. The 22 track album heavily draws inspiration from his immediate surroundings, beliefs, experiences, cultural influences and imaginations all blended together into an interesting fusion of art and promises to take on contemporary ideologies with the power of words. The track list includes Sun & Son, G.O.A.T, True Friend, Rolls Royce Phantom, Made In Ghana, Passion Of Christ, Letter To The Church, Amasaah Boateng, NERD, and I Am Music.

The tracks have been beautifully laid on an asphalt of creative music melodies scored by 10 skillful sound engineers in Ghana.

The launch of the album will be accompanied by a media tour and major launch concert with the Safoa Band and many other surprise artistes.

Supported by great lyrical geniuses in the likes of Okyeame Kwame, Akwaboah, C-real, Nii Soul, Seyram, Mizter Okyere (the soul healer). Fuse ODG Presents ‘TINA Festival’.

The inaugural TINA Festival will take place on 4th January 2019 from 2pm until late at Round Pavilion, Trade Fair, Accra, Ghana.

A new African sound has captured the attention of the world in recent years…Afrobeat. The sound has gained millions of followers from every corner of the globe. African music is fast becoming a force to be reckoned within the global music scene. The aim of the annual TINA Festival is to become the home of this sound and music genre. It will be the place where people go to experience the genuine lifestyle that comes with the music.

The festival will be a day party populated with a market fair and activities, and then an evening concert with performances from….Fuse ODG Afrobeats pioneer,, Sarkodie – one of Africa’s greatest hip hop artists, Stefflon Don, Joey B, Lethal Bizzle plus more to TBA soon.

TINA Festival will be to Afrobeat what Glastonbury is to Rock music. Beyond the music and the lifestyle, the festival will also promote the continent and Ghana in particular; becoming a catalyst for tourism and investment.

Global Afrobeats superstar Fuse ODG helped to create the TINA Festival. One of the leading pioneers of the sound, he has been using his music and influence to promote Ghana and Africa in a way that has never been done before. He is famous not only for his music and helping the rise of Afrobeats world-wide. but also for his tireless commitment to re-educate how Africa is perceived in the world.

2nd January 2019 – National Builders Day
(Akosombo School)
In 2007, This Is New Africa (TINA) and Wood World Mission Charity started a school in Akusombo with just a handful of students. What began as an Orphanage is now a thriving school with over 200 students being supported by the organisation. National Builders day is to encourage the diaspora community to give back to society. There will be a call for Volunteers to come and help the school. Volunteers will be at Akosombo School to paint the school and interact with the pupils and inspiring them. An exciting boat ride and tour of the beautiful Akosombo landscape fused with party in the bus and lots of networking will be part of the day for all.

3rd January 2019 – Global Diaspora Conference and Exhibition

The Global Diaspora conference will be looking at discussions and talks from top thought leaders from the continent on how to take Africa beyond aid and how to mobilize the sleeping giant of the Diaspora.

Accra To Host Republica, Europe’s Largest Digital And Internet Conference.

re:publica, Europe’s largest conference on digital and social topics, is set to be hosted in Accra, Ghana and for the first time in Africa.

The event which is set to host politicians, entrepreneurs, bloggers, scientists and activists will be held at the “Round Pavilion at the Trade Fair” in Accra on 14 & 15 December 2018 under the theme: NEXT LEVEL.

Notable among speakers to participate at the 2 days event are Prof Nii Quaynor, Farida Bemba Nabourema, Yemisi Adegoke, Wanlov The Kubolor, Kwame A.A Opoku, Jemila Abdulai, Kwame Acheampong, Yaw Adu-Gyamfi, Nontsikelelo Mutiti, Steve Song, Douglas Ian Scott, Jorge Appiah and others

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) who is the main partner of the first re:publica on the African continent will also present inspiring sessions which will be used to discuss how digital technologies with innovative solutions can contribute to mastering global challenges.

One of the keynote speakers for the event, Nanjala Nyabola, an author will be speaking about the limits of technology in her talk “What Technology Can’t Fix”. Mozilla Foundation Executive Director Mark Surman will be in dialogue with other high-profile participants on a panel about internet access. The architect and anthropologist Sénamé Koffi Ag – bodjinou, initiator of the platform “L’Africaine d’architecture” and founder of WoeLab, is speaking at the re:publica Accra about “Future Cities”.

A multifaceted evening programme will also be held to connect artistic perspectives with digital topics and across continents. Presentations will include the internationally renowned artist Kudzanai Chiu-rai from Zimbabwe and a screening of We Live in Silence with a live soundtrack by the award-winning musician M.anifest, who’s been described by The Guardian (UK) amongst others as “the foremost rapper on the continent”.

Andreas Gebhard, co-founder and CEO of re:publica GmbH, says, “The re:publica is an event for digital society. It’s global and thus international! Ghanaian Based international Gospel musician Joyce Blessing is implausibly doing great with her ministry and musical career as far as 2018 is concerned.

The multi award winning gospel minister has been touring the United States of America and Canada for the past few months to Augment her ministry and promote her current “I swerve you” hit song.

Joyce Blessing recently headlined a successful concert in Toronto dubbed “Joyce Blessing Live in Concert on 3rd November. The concert according to Canadian residents, turned out to be the biggest Gospel event ever held by a Ghanaian based Gospel artiste in Canada.

The.” I Swerve You ” crooner is again ready to bless lives with her ministration as she is set to headline another event in Chicago dubbed the “Annual Power of Praise”. The 3-day event will host Christians in Chicago at the Church of Pentecost USA Inc.from 23rd November to Sunday, 25th November. The likes of Chicago based Gospel singers Herty Winner, Chicago Central Choir, Greater North Choir, Sophia Mcakeown Revival Choir, Christ Oases Power Choir, Living Comfort Choir and more will also minister at the annual power of Praise concert.

Wendy Shay, D-Black, DKB, Ibrah And Other Celebs Party Hard With DJ Mensah.

Yesterday, ‪Friday 2nd November‬ 2018, Soho (Marina mall, Airport City) hosted the 2018 edition of the DJ Mensah all white party.

Wendy Shay and her team were seen partying like no one’s business amidst her dumb question saga. It’s obvious she has moved forth from that and doing just fine.

The Untouchable Dj Mensah’s event was well attended by celebrities and among the notable faces were D-Black and his Bam Music arts, DKB, Bullet, Kelvyn Boy among others.

The annual”Dj Mensah All White Party”  since its inception in 2005 has been a yearly event you are never to miss. This year’s “Dj Mensah All White party” dubbed “Party for unity” blew minds and left an imprint as it was lit.
