Schiaparelli’s Nightmare Zoo Fashion

Published

on

Paris Haute Couture week kicked off over the weekend, and it’s already très dramatique.

Models for Italian fashion house Schiaparelli took a walk on the wild side, strutting in a flurry of fashions that looked straight from Noah’s Ark: head-to-toe leopard, multi-colored shaggy furs and butterfly-studded ball gowns.

To top it all off, the cat walkers donned elaborate masks created by British milliner Stephen Jones, spanning gilded gold bunny rabbits to millennial-pink feathered flamingo heads.

The critter-centric collection, entitled “Animalia Fantasia,” was shown on an A-list cast of models, including Winnie Harlow, Adriana Lima and actress Jaime King.

#Trends: Rolex Oyster Perpetual

Published

on

The aesthetics of the Rolex Oyster Perpetual models set them apart as symbols of universal and classic style. They embody timeless form and function, firmly rooted in the pioneering origins of Rolex. The simplicity of an original.

The un-suffixed Oyster Perpetual collection, with its simple three-hand design, remains the most affordable (and some would say wearable) watch in the Rolex collection. Until very recently, due to its more diminutive sizing – 26/31/34/36mm – the Oyster Perpetual collection’s primary audience was women. While there were some Rolex aficionados who loved the 34 and 36mm for their vintage proportions, for most men it was just too small. Then, in 2015, the 39mm was announced.

Unsurprisingly, the watch world was very happy about this. Hodinkee’s founder Ben Clymer called them “simply superb but understated pieces that offer incredible versatility without costing a fortune, or showing off too much”.

Almost defiantly simplistic, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual could be seen as the purest distillation of everything the brand’s founder Hans Wilsdorf wanted to achieve – the creation of the definitive Swiss-made wristwatch. This is Rolex at its most pure – incredibly well-made, democratically priced and with a design that manages to be both contemporary and timeless.

Zynnell Zuh’s Stylish Blue

Published

on

Actress and Film Producer Zynnell Zuh has got quite a collection of blue dresses that looks radiant on her skin. Blue represents meanings of trust, loyalty, sincerity, confidence, stability, heaven, and intelligence. The color blue has positive effects on the mind and the body.

The blue color is quite calm, noble and loved by many designers. The great thing about this color is that it suits absolutely everything. I would say it’s her second black.

Here’s to share with you an awesome compilation of Zynnell’s stylish blue attires, and which designers helped in making it possible.
