“Ghanaians Should Patronize Made In Ghana Goods, Products And Services”- Abeiku Santana.

Ace on air personality Abeiku Santana Known in real life as Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey Santana, a multitalented and multiple award winning broadcast journalist with OK Fm and United Tv. His dealings lately in the tourism sector got him the side name “Mr. Tourism”, “the one man tourism promoter’ calls for the patronage of made in Ghana goods and the celebration of Ghanaian achievers to commemorate the celebration of our 61ST independence day which is on March 6th.

Abeiku who is the C.E.O of Kaya tours, a Travel and Tour organization which is highly concerned with the promotion and facelift of tourism in Ghana with its operations have got a lot of mileage both locally and internationally, receipts of awards and ratings both locally and internationally are testifying evidence of their work.

In an audio, Abeiku called on Ghanaians to patronize our made in Ghana products and to eat made in Ghana, wear made in Ghana and to use the month to throw more light on Ghanaian achievers as we turn 61 this year.

In the two minute audio, he said, “I’m throwing my support to the campaign and initiative that Ghanaians should patronize made in Ghana goods, products and services; food, music, clothing’s movies and to anything that is produced in Ghana. Let’s make the whole month of March a month that will celebrate Ghanaian achievers in all fields of endeavor. If the TV stations will start showing the Inspector Bediako, Thursday Theatre, Osofo Daze, Akan Drama, things we do for love, by the fire side, let’s go back to the basics, to the things that inspired Ghanaians to where we are today especially the creative arts. That is the call, I’m also saying every home should stop eating pasta and pizza, let’s eat Banku, TZ, Fufu….”

He ended by saying, “it’s in March like this when Dr. Kwame Nkrumah made the declaration that the black man is capable of managing its affairs, So if there is such a profound statement that Ghana is capable of managing its affairs then lets support and celebrate the Ghanaian achievers in this month.”
