The sexy, raunchy and loud bad girl from the 90’s Ebony Reigns signed to Ruff-town records, a Ghanaian songstress and performer with the smash hit at the moment “Hustle” Featuring Brella. The female dancehall artiste who over the period have come under heavy backlash due to her way of dressing had her corporate album launch last night on 6th December, 2017 at the Golden Tulip Hotel at a colorful event. The event was graced with the presence of staunch industry players; On-air personalities, Musicians, Bloggers, Media managers and Kasapreko.
Ebony who have had a fabulous 2017: being the young female act who released hit songs, quality videos and performed on almost all the high profile shows, and became the focus of most of the talk shows within and outside the borderlines of show business.
Bullet, the head of Ruff-town records onto which Ebony is signed recounted how he met Ebony and how their working relationship started. To start off performances for the night, Ebony who came out in a long African print costume with a short beneath to the surprise of many. The bad girl from the 90’s who looked decent and charming opened the show officially with “kupe” before she was joined by Kurl Songs who was later joined by Kaakie to perform his hit song “Jennifer Lomotey”. Efya then came on stage to perform alone after which Ebony and Brella came back to wrap it up for the corporate launch of the BONYFIED album with Hustle.
Even though she has several hit songs to her credit, she will officially be penning down her name in the record books as part of the Ghanaian female artist who have been consistent over the period, dropping hit singles after single as she finally crowns it with an album launch and a concert slated for December 9, 2017 at the West Hills Mall, the album launch comes with a major concert, “Soloku Bonyfied Concert” – also billed to perform on the night includes Sarkodie, Samini, Kuami Eugene, Kidi, King Promise, MzVee, AK Songstress, Kurl Songs, Brella, Bosheba and Danny Beats.
This her self-staged concert becomes her first major self-produced concert and it is absolutely free! The night promises to be a memorable one looking at the artist billed to perform – knowing the Ebony we have seen who always pulls a surprise, fans should not expect anything else but a fun filled night as the bad girl launches her album with support from her colleagues.
