Kidi And Fameye Thrill Fans In Italy.

DJ Kobby’s Annual Black & White Affair, one of Ghanaian’s biggest event that happens in Italy saw Fameye, Kidi and DJ Vyrusky grace the stage this year.

Apparently Quamina MP and Kofi Mole were meant to be part of this year’s annual event but to unforseen circumstances due to visa issues, the groundup chale duo couldn’t make it.

In the dying minutes of the week before the event, the Unity Brothez saw to it bringing in Kidi & Dj Vyrusky based on the apparent changes in the event line up losing Quamina MP & Kofi Mole.

The event turned out undoubtedly successful with Kidi and Fameye thrilling their fans in Italy. Also seeing some familiar faces like Nkosuohene taking charge of the Red Carpet.

Later in an interview with the event organizers. DJ Kobby appealed to the fans for the unfortunate circumstances not seeing Quamina MP & Kofi Mole was beyond their control and with his team still making sure they gave the people a better show by bringing in Kidi & DJ Vyrusky forgetting about the damages.

This was the same event that saw Fameye and his management group OGB Music end up in a dispute. Which now looks the two are in good terms now.

“Ghanaians Need Remunerative Institutions Not A Cathedral. – Jamaican Dancehall Artiste, Mr. Vegas

Jamaican born Reggae/Dancehall recording and performing artiste, Clifford Smith professionally known as Mr. Vegas has expressed exasperation and rancour in the government of Ghana's priority of building a National Cathedral in a country that lacks financially rewarding; lucrative institutions.

According to the Jamaican singjay, the president of the Republic of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his governing New Patriotric Party can easily invest the tax payers' money in establishing educational institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students (or "pupils") under the direction of teachers.

He noted that, persons enrolled in a school or other educational institution and attends classes in a course to attain the appropriate level of mastery of a subject under the guidance of an instructor, including the ordinary Ghanaian are vulnerable to achieving their set goals as they're not exposed to life comforting institutions and suitable financial backgrounds.

Earlier, the Akufo-Addo led administration came under a barrage of public criticisms after it emerged that several buildings including the Scholarship Secretariate, Passport Office at Ridge and nine bungalows occupied by Appeals Court Judges are to be demolished as government is set to begin the construction of the House of Prayer.

The National Cathedral of Ghana is a planned interdenominational Christian cathedral scheduled to be built in Accra, the nation's capital, as part of Ghana's 60th anniversary celebrations. The design for the cathedral was unveiled by the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, in March 2018.

According to the President, he promised God a National Cathedral should he became the president of Ghana, and will redeem that pledge. The cathedral will have an auditorium capable of seating 5,000 as well as the requisite chapels, and a baptistery. The site will also house a music school, an art gallery, and a museum dedicated to the Bible.

The design of the cathedral reflects the art and culture of Ghanaian ethic groups; the high pitched and staggered roof is reminiscent of Akan inspired architecture and the facade will be concave and decorated with timber in imitation of Ashanti royal stools.[1] The architect for the project is the British-Ghanaian architect David Adjaye, who also designed the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.

Meanwhile, in a Youtube video sighted by, "The Voices Of Sweet Jamaica" crooner believes, President Nana Akufo-Addo can build more remunerative and profitable institution, including a building in which objects of historical, scientific, artistic, or cultural interest are stored and exhibited; museum and has the potential of positively selling Ghana, Africans and also attract investors to alleviate the country from it current economical challenges and crisis.

According to him, Akufo-Addo’s decision to build a planned interdenominational Christian cathedral or the principal church of a diocese is a misplaced priority and a great disrespect to the natives and the African diaspora who need primitive institutions that will be a stepping stone to success and educational enlightenment.

He revealed that, a historical museum about Africans who were enslaved by Europeans can be established, that will enable those living in the diaspora, with no doubt have a reason to return and learn about Ghana’s rich culture as this year has been recognized as the "Year of Return", an event set to commemorate this quarter-centenary since the anchoring of the first slave ship in Jamestown, Virginia.

Mr. Vegas urged President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the his New Patriotic Government to eliminate the national cathedral idea and focus on making Ghana better place to live for the indigenous citizens and those living in the diaspora by investing the country's resources in projects that will yield healthy and edible fruits.
