Parklife music festival in Manchester has announced Cardi B will not be headlining its main stage on Saturday.
It comes shortly after the Grammy-winning rapper postponed a string of US shows to recover from cosmetic surgery.

Writing on Twitter, Parklife organisers said: “As some of you will have seen, Cardi B was forced to cancel some performances in May.
“The Parklife team have just been notified that Cardi now also needs to pull out of Parklife this weekend.”
They have apologised to festival-goers for the late notice of the cancellation, adding: “There will be some changes to the previously advertised line up, stage splits and times. We are working on this currently.”
There has been no further word from Cardi B herself.
The star, whose hits include I Like It and Bodak Yellow, performed at Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam in New Jersey last weekend.
“You know, I hate cancelling shows because I love money,” the 26-year-old said in an Instagram video, posted in May.
“But like, health is wealth, so I have to do what I have to do,” she said. “My breasts gotta heal, and it is what it is.”
“My doctor was like, ‘Yo, you cannot be doing all these shows because you’re not fully healed,'” she said. “I gotta get better.”

Rex Omar Names Best Songwriters Of All Time.
Ace musician, Rex Omar, has posited that Takoradi-based rapper/singer, Martin King Arthur, popularly known as Kofi Kinaata is not a songwriter as many have perceived him to be.
This comes after the release of Kofi Kinaata’s new song, ‘Things Fall Apart’ which has received massive praise from most musicians and Ghanaians alike. To most of them, the song speaks volumes of our everyday lifestyle confirming that he is a good songwriter and should win the 2020 VGMA songwriter award for the third time.
Over the years, Kofi Kinaata has shown that he is a good songwriter considering the content in the songs he has released so far and no wonder, he won back-to-back awards for his songwriting prowess at the 2016/2019 VGMA’s.
In a phone-in interview with Arnold Elavanyo on Zylofon’s Showbiz Agenda, the ‘Abiba’ hitmaker was asked to mention his top 5 Ghanaian songwriters of all time and surprisingly categorised Kofi Kinaata as a lyricist and not a songwriter.
He listed Amandzeba Nat Brew, OJ, Okyeame Kwame, Rev Yawson, Akwaboah and Ephraim Amo as his favourite all-time songwriters. Though he didn’t rule out Kofi Kinaata’s writing prowess, he was of the view that his lyrical prowess is one of a kind considering that his songs have good content and the lyrics are well arranged.
According to him, most of Kofi Kinaata’s jargons used in his songs are most of the time, already coined words by veteran musicians and everyday-used-words.
“Things Fall Apart Appeals To Corporate World. – Kofi Kinaata
Lyrical genius and Team Move leader, Kofi Kinaata, has expressed his idea of a successful musician following the release of his latest hit single, Things Fall Apart.
According to the ‘Adam & Eve’ crooner, the true mark of success as a musician is being able to, through your music, appeal both to the streets and the corporate world, which he believes ‘Things Fall Apart’ does very well.
Also he has further revealed that he is a member of the Church of Christ but admitted he is a part-time Christian jokingly. The former High-Grade signee stated, it’s about time for introspection and reality checks as Ghanaians and explain that as Ghanaians we should not take everything for granted.
Kofi Kinaata entreated everyone to eschew hypocrisy hence the need for us to go back to our popular adage which says “Charity begins at home”. The ‘Susuka’ hitmaker stated that he has learnt, grown and mastered his craft as a musician, therefore, he can rap and sing at the same time.
