3Music Awards: Shatta Wale To Lead The Army Of Artistes.

Multiple awards winning Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall musician, Charles Nii-Armah Mensah, who professionally performs as Shatta Wale, has been chosen in preference to other local and international performing acts to serve as the opening artiste to wet the grounds at this year’s edition of the 3 music awards.

The Reggae/Dancehall artiste was announced by the board and organizers of the prestigious awards scheme as the opening performing act to charge the atmosphere for patrons who troop in to witness the annual music awards ceremony.

The 2nd annual 3Music Awards is slated for Saturday, 30th March, 2019 in spectacular fashion with over 15 top-of-the-line performances expected to go down, as organizers have announced the best crowd movers and earth shakers of the music industry as headline acts for this year’s ceremony.

All the glitz and glam experience of 3Music Awards ’19 will be staged at the 20, 000 capacity venue, Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair – Accra. On the night, over one-hundred nominees will be seated in anticipation of picking up any of twenty six silver-plated 3Music Awards ’19 plaques presented by A-list showbiz celebrities.

Established barely 2 years ago, the 3Music Awards scheme has grown to become the most respected awards scheme and, indeed, one of the most respected on the African continent and has the objective of rewarding deserving artistes for their hard work, dedication and contribution to the growth of the Ghana’s music industry.

The ”My Level” hitmaker who has been in the news lately for throwing shades at colleague musicians and also dissolving his management team that left large section of entertainment critiques digesting such unwarranted decision from the artiste, will be of high hopes of effacing or scoring out such erroneous talks on the media landscape.

Shatta Wale will be serving both local and international music fanatics of the entertainment landscape good music with his undistorted voice; without alteration or misrepresentation. The Reggae/Dancehall crooner will enthuse patrons of the to groove along whiles he proves critiques wrong by delivering his artistry prowess and vocal dexterity.

Curtains will be drawn as lights go up and Shatta Wale will take a gallant walk across the stage as stunning visual effects and eye-catching projections display behind him. It’ll be unprecedented – he’ll emerge in the shadows of himself and starring at a teeming crowd of nearly ten thousand fans. The color-changing spotlight will be turned on to reveal a swanky-looking Dancehall superstar.

The grand awards event will precede a pre-event gala where fans, music icons and showbiz celebrities will gather for an intimate cocktail ceremony with live interviews and fashion display.

At JF we believe that individual differences in children are a natural part of life, and that disabilities provide children and adults with unique perspectives, insights and abilities which contribute to the overall well-being of society. Jenny’s Foundation values children as the hope for the evolving improvement of humankind, and places great value on the family as a caring protector of children’s vulnerability, as well as a catalyst for their healthy growth and development, and places a tremendous value on parents because of the contributions they make as the leaders of families toward supporting the health, education, and development of their children at home and in society.

2019 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA Launched.

Ghana Entertainment Awards USA 2019 is set for another spectacular showdown this year with a good number of new acts in the music industry nominated for the prestigious awards.


With a lot of anticipation among Ghanaian Entertainment industry players in and outside Ghana ahead of this year’s edition, the organizers of the awards on last Friday March 29, announced the first badge of nominees; New Act of the year and Best Entertainer of the year.


This happened during the launch of the 2019 Edition at the 4Syte TV Mansion, East Legon. The event saw a lot of entertainers and industry players in attendance including Afia Schwarzenegger, Kwaw Kese, Medikal, Feli Nuna, DJ Breezy, TeePhlow, Quamina MP, Rabby Bray, Kofi Mole and more. The event was hosted by Rev. Erskine of YFM and 4Syte TV.


According to organizers, the 2019 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA will be held on Saturday 29th June, 2019 in New York, USA.


The Ghana Entertainments Awards was established two years ago to showcase the achievements of Ghanaian creatives and entertainers who are excelling in their craft within and outside Ghana.


Musicians Stormzy, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, comedian DKB, Blogger Ameyaw Debrah, Movie Director Kofi Asamoah and Broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah are some of the winners of the previous edition held at the Schomburg Center, New York.
